Landscape design proposals and landscape assessment for a proposed replacement dwelling in the High Weald AONB.  Following refusal of planning application, work continued with preparation for a Public Inquiry in early 2011 and drawing up of a Landscape and Ecology Management Plan for the site, including a new orchard, woodland management, creation of hay meadows and pond restoration.
The appeal was succesful and further work was then undertaken on the discharge of planning conditions in prepration for implementation of the proposals.
