Motorway Service Area Public Inquiry, Yorkshire

Expert evidence on behalf of Harrogate Borough Council for major Public Inquiry into four competing sites for a new Motorway Service Area on the A1(M).  Work included a review of evidence by each of the site promoters and a landscape and visual impact assessment for each of the sites.
