Detailed landscape design and specification for woodland planting to restore a former waste site. 

Work included outline proposals, detailed planting plans, specification and management of the tender process on behalf of Hertfordshire County Council.  Preparation and planting work on site was inspected, and payments and completion certified on behalf of the County Council.
